| Please be sure that you read and understand the rental contract. Your rental agent will be more than happy to answer any question you may have. In addition please read the following information carefully. | ||||||||||||||||||||

All of our vehicles have been professionally serviced and maintained. Should you have a problem, contact the rental office. Expenditures are reimbursed only if approved in advanced. |

We professionally clean our all our vehicles, inside and out. A rental vehicle is to be returned as clean as it left our office. Allowances will be made for normal use, there will be a charge for cleaning exceptionally dirty vehicles. |

|
You are responsible for gas you use! You can return the rental vehicle with the required amount of fuel, or we can add a fuel charge to your contract. |

|
You are responsible for all glass damage. |
||||||||||||||||||||
|
You are responsible for the safety of the car keys. We do not keep an extra set. If you lose or lock the key in a car, a locksmith and charges are your responsibility. |
||||||||||||||||||||
|
All speedometer mileage is noted before and after each rental. If any discrepancy is noted, bring it to the attention of the Rental Office before you leave the lot. All speedometers are sealed and have fingerprint material applied. Any speedometer changing or tampering is a State offense and will be prosecuted to the limit. |
||||||||||||||||||||
|
We reserve the right to qualify additional drivers. This means that anyone driving a rental vehicle must be approved and listed on the rental contract. Please keep in mind that the renter - the driver listed on the rental contract - is responsible for all damage while the car is rented even if a previously approved additional driver is driving. |
||||||||||||||||||||
|
Even in the event of an emergency, if the vehicle is taken over 75 miles from the renting office without written approval, there will be no reimbursement for repairs. It will be your responsibility to have the vehicle towed back to the rental office and repaired. |
||||||||||||||||||||
|
Smoking is strongly discouraged in our rental vehicles. Any damage to the upholstery or other parts of the rental vehicle is the responsibility of the renter. |
||||||||||||||||||||
|
Our hours of operation are clearly posted. All vehicles returned after hours are the responsibility of the renter and will be checked in the next business day. No vehicles may be returned on Sunday. |
||||||||||||||||||||
|
We pick up customers within a 5 mile radius of our office. All pick-ups must be pre-scheduled between the hours of 8:00 Am and 5:00 PM. |
||||||||||||||||||||

All rental vehicles vehicles must be returned to the rental office named at the top of the Rental Agreement. In order to cover pick-up costs, an ADDITIONAL CHARGE will be assessed for any vehicle which is not returned to the rental office. |
||||||||||||||||||||

You are responsible for any and all damage to the rental vehicle. In some cases, this responsibility can be passed on to the renter's own insurance coverage, or the renter can limit the amount of responsibility by accepting our Collision Damage Wavier (CDW). Please refer to the rental contract for details. |
